This pastel yellow emerald cut with a touch of brown is bright and very clean except for one included corner. It has a uniform color and weighs 2.29 carats.
If cream was transparent, then it would better fit the color of this emerald cut. So imagine a pastel yellow that is uniform threw out the gemstone and has a transparent creamy touch to it. I don’t think the touch of brown detracts from the color of this gemstone at all. It even make it a little more interesting, in the eyes of tourmaline hunter like me.
I was going to call this bright flashy emerald cut eye clean until I noticed a flash from one of the corners. After I turned it over and got my loop, I can easily see a small cluster of inclusions that would be covered by the prongs, if the stone would be set. Now that I know where I am looking, I can easily see the inclusions by eye. The rest of the emerald, especially under the table is very clean and with fine crystal. I like the color of this emerald cut that is a bit different and weighs 2.29 carats.
