Vivid yellow without a significant overtone of green is an unusual and beautiful tourmaline. The body of this gemstone is far from perfect and it even has a flaw close enough to the surface of the gemstone to mark the table. Still it shouts vivid yellow and flashes at me, so I am pleased to have it as part of the collection. It weighs .64 carats.
