To be blue in tourmaline without green, gray or dark dichroic ends is rare. This smaller standard round brilliant is rare. It is dichroic, but both the lighter blue and darker blue have great medium tones. There is no sight of a green shift or gray clouds. The only thing that keeps this little round from stardom is practically invisible inclusions as seen by the eye, combined with not the greatest quality of crystal. It weighs .62 carats and has won my blue, blue heart.
